I have done a few pieces recently that make me pretty happy. One is a beautiful cat of a seamstress I admire. If you like to sew vintage clothing, I highly recommend her books, Gertie Sews Vintage Casual just came out and I love it! Here is her gorgeous cat, Henry. I am also working on a commission for a friend of mine who fell in love with the simplistic art prints hanging in the hallways of the Disney Cruise Line. She will be getting a set of three, but I can't resist showing off the first one. Tink, as originally drawn by the amazing Marc Davis, from the mirror scene.

It has been a long time since there was an update, and I apologize for the delay. My family moved, I had our new baby in December after over two weeks of hospital bedrest, and my husband got a new job. We are moving again and I will be setting up my art desk again, so expect more frequent updates soon! Whosits Galore was lucky to be involved in the Winter Haven Art Walk last night! It was a fun event, and even the rain couldn't bring us down! Leave a comment if you saw us, and what you thought of the event. If you missed us, don't worry, it's every three months.
My latest commision is one of the largest items I have used as a canvas. I am excited at what these will look like when done! My client loves Disney and Safari themes. I will spend some time cleaning these vinatge milk cans, sealing them against future rust or damage, then attacking the paint job itself. Keep your eyes here for more updates, as well as my other projects I am working on!
